At Yoga Universal, we offer you easy-to-learn tools that provide you access to holistic health and vitality. Contrary to popular belief, one does not have to be flexible to practice Yoga; in fact, becoming limber and flexible is only one benefit from practicing Yoga. Yoga in today's context has become synonym with somewhat a trendy form of physical exercise. Whilst the physical benefits are endless, the aim of Yoga is not simply a flexible body but also a flexible attitude. One Zen saying goes "...before enlightenment, I fetch water... after enlightenment, I fetch water..."

Chrys teaches Yoga as a complete practice that gives students holistic benefits in harmonizing oneself within, with other sentient beings and the environment.

Qi Gong and Yoga: A combination of slow rhythmic exercises to harness energy, leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Saturday mornings 8.30 - 1o. Healesville

Yin Yang Yoga
: A balancing session of slow and dynamic exercises and meditation for soul and body detoxification. All degrees of flexibility and stamina are welcome. TBA

Deep relaxation and meditation: A practice for winding down at the end of the day. Tranquil and introspective sessions. Monday evenings 7.00 - 8.30. Healesville
