Whilst the physical benefits are endless, the aim of Yoga is not simply a flexible body but also a flexible attitude. One Zen saying goes "...before enlightenment, I fetch water... after enlightenment, I fetch water..."
Chrys has been given the responsibility to teach Yoga as a complete practice that gives students holistic benefits in harmonizing oneself within, with other sentient beings and the environment.

Qi Gong and Yoga: A combination of gentle exercises ad a deeper understanding of the more esoteric aspects of Yoga. Everyone from all background is welcome. Tuesday mornings 9.30 - 11.30, Wesburn
Yin Yang Yoga: A balancing session of slow and dynamic exercises and meditation for soul and body detoxification. Friday mornings 9.30 -11.30, Wesburn
Psychic sleep and meditation: A practice for winding down at the end of the day. Tranquil and introspective sessions. Tuesday evenings 6 - 7.30, Healesville
