At Yoga Universal, we offer you easy-to-learn tools that provide you access to holistic health and vitality. Contrary to popular belief, one does not have to be flexible to practice Yoga; in fact, becoming limber and flexible is only one benefit from practicing Yoga. Yoga in today's context has become synonym with somewhat a trendy form of physical exercise. Whilst the physical benefits are endless, the aim of Yoga is not simply a flexible body but also a flexible attitude. One Zen saying goes "...before enlightenment, I fetch water... after enlightenment, I fetch water..."

Chrys has been given the responsibility to teach Yoga as a complete practice that gives students holistic benefits in harmonizing oneself within, with other sentient beings and the environment.

TERM 1 NEW COURSES (7 WEEKS) 6th FEBRUARY - 24th MARCH  2017 in the beautiful Yarra Valley

Qi Gong and Yoga: A combination of gentle exercises and a deeper understanding of the more esoteric aspects of Yoga. Everyone from all background is welcome. Tuesday mornings 9.30 - 11.30 . Healesville studio

Yin Yang Yoga: A balancing session of slow and dynamic exercises and meditation for soul and body detoxification. All degrees of flexibility and stamina are welcome. Friday mornings 9.30 - 11.30. Launching Place, Inner Health Centre

Deep relaxation and meditation: A practice for winding down at the end of the day. Tranquil and introspective sessions. Wednesday evenings 7.30 - 9.00. Healesville studio
